How to submit ticket OR Q&A?

Hello Gamers,

I heard that many of you are not aware what is Q&A and how to submit it so i will be answering those question now so continue to read it.

Q) What is Q&A?
A) It's an platform of Vibrant's "Customer Support" to submit ticket about your game issues so game operators can help you resolve them.

Q) How to send Q&A?
A) Step 1: Login with your account on website http://origins.vibrant3g.com/ as shown in image below

Step 2: Scroll down and click on "Customer Support" as shown in image below

Step 3: Now you will be redirect to Customer Support page so click on "Submit Ticket" as shown in image

Step 4: Now it's final step you will need to fill all details such as following mentioned below;
1. Subject of your issue
2. Message explaining your issue
3. if you have any screen attach it make use it's in JPEG so file size will be low
4. Enter code as shown above to show you're not bot but human
5. Click on Submit Ticket
